We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Technician to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Assist in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage.
- Database Administration: Support database maintenance and troubleshooting on HANA and SQL platforms.
- Microsoft 365: Assist in managing user accounts, security, and permissions.
- Server Management: Help configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers in virtualized and physical environments.
- Security & Compliance: Support secure practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Remote Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for remote teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Preferably a graduate or current student from SENA or a similar technical institute.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
- Database Skills: Familiarity with database management (HANA and SQL is a plus).
- Microsoft 365: Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Virtualization: Awareness of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Language: Basic English for team communication is acceptable. A willingness to improve English skills is encouraged.
