Business Development Representative
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for SAP Business One and related products through proactive cold calling and effective use of HubSpot CRM. Your primary goal will be to identify, qualify, and set up meetings with potential clients to drive the growth of our business.
Requirements for role: Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to SAP Business One and related products.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.
- CRM Management: Use HubSpot CRM to manage and track all interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how SAP Business One can address them.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, leads, and meetings set.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position SAP Business One.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar BDR or sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Proven knowledge in SAP B1 and related products.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, and proficiency in using sales and marketing tools.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One, MANDATORY.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Attitude:
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Preferred: SAP Business One BDR Experience
