Support Specialist/ Infrastructure Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced support specialist to provide expert-level support for SAP Business One (SAP B1), specifically focusing on the BEAS manufacturing add-on and Produmex WMS. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in supporting these solutions, along with a strong understanding of database management and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP B1 BEAS (Manufacturing) and Produmex WMS solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth system operations, optimize workflows, and improve system performance.
- Perform system configurations, upgrades, and updates for BEAS and Produmex as needed.
- Maintain and manage databases (SQL, HANA), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Oversee and troubleshoot infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networks, related to SAP environments.
- Provide technical documentation and training for users on BEAS and Produmex features.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure SAP-related infrastructure is properly maintained and scalable.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) support, particularly with BEAS manufacturing add-on and Produmex WMS.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, HANA), including performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and warehouse management processes.
- Relevant certifications in SAP B1, BEAS, Produmex, or infrastructure technologies.
